We enjoy having a “business corridor” that transcends Route 88 and Route 19S. With that corridor, we are home to over 5,000 businesses in a 15 square mile area. There are 500+ Home-Based Businesses and with technology this number grows every month.
We have a large indoor mall, several strip malls, and an Industrial Park with dining establishments of various cuisine. We have franchise stores, established family-owned businesses and new, innovative stores.
Our medical facilities include well known medical centers, hospitals, walk in services and wellness centers. All pharmaceuticals needs are available.
Community Landscape
Families enjoy quality school systems and options, Bethel Park, South Park and Keystone Oaks, privately-owned Hillcrest Christian Academy. Cyber Academy which is offered in the public school. High School Students and Adult learners also have the opportunity to further their education in the trades at Steel Center for Career and Technical Education.
Recreation facilities (YMCA, Community Parklets and South Park) with numerous Fitness Centers, Miniature Golf and Bowling are available. Something for everyone. Childcare Facilities are available throughout all three communities.
All religious institutions are represented.
Location/Transportation
We are fortunate to be the home of the “T” which takes you into Pittsburgh in about 40 minutes from the farthest point. It operates through Bethel Park and Castle Shannon with parking lots available to “Park and Ride” from surrounding areas.
Our communities are under 10 miles from Pittsburgh and 30 miles from the Greater Pittsburgh Airport. We border Washington County which houses one of our two local casinos and Washington “Wild Things” Baseball Stadium.
